ReUseAZ is the website of the ReUseAZ program and was created by the Arizona Environmental Strategic Alliance with funding in part from a WRA Grant from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, and is currently funded in part through a grant from EPSI.

ReUseAZ, formerly the "Arizona Resource Exchange", is an informational forum to facilitate the lawful exchange, reuse and recycling of materials that would otherwise be considered waste and disposed of in an Arizona landfill. The information provided and posted on this site is supplied by the listing party, and ReUseAZ makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information regarding materials, services, or products/equipment offered through either the ReUseAZ personal assistance service or the ReUseAZ website. ReUseAZ is not responsible for errors or misrepresentations from either posters or site users. ReUseAZ encourages site users to contact posters or users directly for verification/clarification regarding materials for exchange.

ReUseAZ does not verify whether parties listing materials for exchange are in compliance with any rules or regulations applicable to the listed materials. Some materials are governed by rules and regulations that restrict their transfer or transportation. It is the responsiblity of ReUseAZ users to be familiar with any legal limitations that may exist on the exchange of any posted materials. ReUseAZ makes no decision regarding transport, storage, treatment, reuse, recycling or disposal of materials listed on this site or the arrangement of any of the above listed actions, and does not take possession of any materials for same. ReUseAZ makes no determination as to the legal classification of material as a hazardous substance, a hazardous material, or a hazardous waste or any other regulatory determination, nor do they make any legal judgments regarding the materials. Determination of regulatory and legal decisions, requirements, and compliance are the responsibility of the listing and requesting parties.
